We do our upmost to ensure that you are happy with the products you receive from us. If, however, you wish to return or exchange a product, you must follow our returns and refunds guidelines.
If an item arrives to you damaged or faulty, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org or call the shop 01386 300577 and let us know within 24 hours. We will do all we can to resolve the situation with you.
If you wish to exchange or return an item, it must arrive back to us within 14 days after purchase. The item must be in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You will be responsible for arranging and paying for return delivery to us, and your delivery costs will be non-refundable. It is advisable that you retain proof of postage, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
If the item returns to us within the 14 day window, and is in its original condition, you will be eligible for a full refund via the payment method used at the time of your order. Your refund will be processed within 5 days of us receiving the item, and could take up to 28 days to arrive in your account, depending on who you bank with.
Any items that reach us after the 14 day window, but before 28 days after purchase, will be eligible for store credit for the amount.
We cannot offer refunds on items received more than 28 days after purchase.

Items purchased in store will need to returned to the store within 28 days with proof of purchase. A refund will be given via the payment method you used to make your original purchase. If you do not present proof of purchase, a refund will be at the discretion of the store owners, and will be in the form of a credit note for the lowest price the item has been on sale at.
